The Log Cabin Hotel
The new owners of the Log Cabin Hotel approached us to assist in resurrecting this iconic and historical pub.
Located on the banks of the Nepean River and having burnt down 11 years prior, there was strong community support to re-establish this venue. We provided town planning advice and authority negotiations to ensure the proposal was supported by the Penrith Local Planning Panel. Issues we successfully addressed included parking, amenity, licensing and flood evacuation.
